Our items are despatched from our warehouse and occasionally we may source our products from our local boutique. This means that sometimes an item may sell out in-store at the same time as an order is placed online. In a situation where we cannot fulfil your order with the correct style, colour and size, your order will be cancelled and we will refund your order in full.
Occasionally we may issue promotional codes for specific accounts and promotions. If your order has not qualified for the promotion your order will be cancelled and we will refund your order in full.
