Your delivery address cannot be changed, and packages cannot be redirected under any circumstances once your order has been dispatched or a Shipping Confirmation has been sent. Please ensure that you have entered a delivery address where a signature can be obtained during the day between Monday-Friday. Orders that have been dispatched to an incorrect or vacant address, are at risk of being returned to Savannah’s at your expense.
