If you would like to cancel an order, a request must be made to info@savannahs.com within 15 minutes of placing an order, clearly stating your order number and reason for cancellation.
We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled.
