Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be changed or modified. If you would like to make a change to an order a cancellation request must be made to info@savannahs.com within 15 minutes of placing an order, clearly stating your order number and reason for cancellation.
We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been placed we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled.
