We're sorry to hear that you have not received your return labels just yet. If you have completed the return form via http://savannahs.returnscenter.com/ and received a Returns Authorisation Number, we have received your request and your return labels will be generated if you are within the return period.
Any orders that are been placed between November 20th 2020 and 25th December 2020 will be accepted for the extended returns policy until January 20th 2021.
For anything purchased after the 25th December 2020, our standard returns policy will apply.
Please note that our office, including our customer service department and telephone lines, are closed from Wednesday 23rd December 2020 and will resume from Monday 4th January 2021.
